International Order, Shipping, Return, and Warranty Policy

International Orders

Volcora is proud to offer international shipping to our customers worldwide. To place an international order, please contact us at sales@volcora.com. We will provide a detailed shipping quote based on your location.

• Import Duty & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges that may apply in their country.
• Free Shipping Exclusions: Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
• Import Restrictions: Volcora is not responsible for any import or product restrictions specific to the buyer's country. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product complies with local regulations before placing an order.

Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and other applicable shipping factors.

Once a shipping quote is provided and the order is confirmed, we will process and ship your order as promptly as possible.

Please note that the final shipping carrier may differ from the carrier selected or displayed at the time of checkout. Shipping rates are estimates and may change due to carrier pricing, package specifications, destination requirements, customs-related factors, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping method and/or shipping charges prior to shipment. If a significant adjustment is required, we may contact you for approval or, at our discretion, cancel and refund the affected order.

Product Compliance & Usage

Our products currently designed and manufactured to comply with U.S. regulations and certification requirements.

• Products are intended for use within the United States, including electrical specifications such as power voltage.
• Warranty / Return policy voided and Volcora is not responsible for any issues arising in your country due to:
  • Non-compliance with local certification or regulatory requirements.
  • Damage caused by misuse, such as failure to use appropriate voltage converters or adapters.
• Customers should verify that the product is compatible with local standards and infrastructure before purchasing.

Returns

Volcora offers a standard 30-day return policy for all purchases, including international orders. If you are not satisfied with your product:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the product.
• Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our US warehouse.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, with all included accessories and packaging.

Warranty

While all Volcora products come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty for the US market, at this time we may only apply 2-year Limited Warranty for International orders.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use conditions.
• For international orders, customer is responsible for shipments back to our US facilities. A reimbursement of up to $80 in shipping fee may be applied as store credit upon submission of shipment payment receipt.
