Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items due to quality issue are eligible for free return, other reasons may be charged a calculated shipping fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@volcora.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Thank you for choosing Volcora Cloud POS. Currently you are only able to select Starter, Standard and Enterprise plan for free trial. Additional modules (Loyalty, Alerts, KDS, Driver, etc) with extra costs will need to be coordinated with your account manager, whom will reach out shortly as soon as your trial period begins.

After you make a selection of the free trial and place the order. you will receive further instruction on store setup submission. Your trial period is valid for 14 days after you place the order, and will be charged original amount after your trial period expires. Contact us for any questions or concerns!
